Dr. Jennessa Iannitelli is a board-certified family medicine physician with 19 years of experience providing compassionate, whole-person care. Her career began in traditional family practice, where she developed a strong foundation in preventive and primary care before expanding into concierge medicine, advanced aesthetics, and regenerative health.

Your challenges, needs, history and goals as a patient become the priority. Instead of rushed, reactive care, you receive personalized attention and extended time with Dr. Iannitelli (Dr. I). The focus is on knowing you and creating personalized proactive strategies to prevent illness, optimize wellness, and support you in healthy aging.
Q: How is Advanced Concierge Medicine different from a regular doctor’s office?
A: Unlike traditional practices that manage thousands of patients, Dr. Jennessa Iannitelli limits her panel to a very small number of members. This means same-day or next-day appointments, direct communication, longer visits, advanced testing, and a doctor who truly knows you.
Q: How many patients does Dr. Iannitelli accept?
A: Membership is very limited to ensure each patient receives exceptional, personalized care with a doctor who knows you and your needs. Once the panel is full, a waiting list will be established.
Q: Do you accept children in the practice?
A: You must be 18 years or older to be a member. Dr Iannitelli feels that children’s special needs are best served by seeing a pediatrician

Q. Are Telehealth appointments available?
A: Absolutely, Telehealth will be available for your convenience, making it easier and more comfortable when you are sick, traveling, or just have questions.
Q: Is there an additional cost for office visits or appointments once I’m a member?
A: No. Your membership fee covers physician access and visits. Some specialized tests, procedures, or therapies may carry an additional cost, but these are always reviewed in advance. Please check both membership types to see which plan best fits your needs.
Insurance & Costs
Q: Can I use my insurance for concierge medicine?
A: Membership fees cannot be billed to insurance. However, your insurance may still be used for labs, imaging, referrals, or medications, depending on your plan.
Q: Why isn’t insurance accepted?
A: Traditional insurance models often limit the time doctors can spend with patients. By working outside of insurance for membership, Dr. Iannitelli is free to focus on you—prevention, longevity, and personalized care—rather than rushing through visits to meet insurance quotas.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, Cherry, and other standard payment options.

Q: What kind of testing is included?
A: Depending on your membership level, tests include hormone balance, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation markers, cardiovascular risk panels, body composition, caloric intake, and other diagnostics to give you a full picture of your health. For an additional fee, Dr. Iannitelli also provides higher-level testing such as genetic screenings, cancer screening, food allergy, and gut health, to name a few. She will provide referrals for all age-appropriate exams like mammograms, colonoscopies, & abdominal aortic aneurysms.
Q: How does concierge medicine help me stay healthier as I age?
A: The goal is to prevent problems before they start. Through advanced screening, hormone optimization, lifestyle guidance, and anti-aging strategies, Dr. Iannitelli helps you maintain vitality and longevity—not just treat illness once it appears.

Q: What can I expect at my first visit?
A: Expect more time and more listening. Dr. Iannitelli will review your full health history, personal goals, lifestyle, and concerns. You’ll also receive a comprehensive physical and advanced lab work. Together, you’ll map out a customized plan for prevention, wellness, and longevity.
Q: How much time will I spend with the doctor?
A: Appointments are never rushed. Your initial visit may last 60–90 minutes. Follow-ups are tailored to your needs, not a stopwatch.
Q: Will Dr. Iannitelli still coordinate my specialist care if I need it?
A: Yes. As your personal physician, she will help guide referrals, interpret results, and ensure all of your care fits into your overall health strategy.
Special Situations
Q: Can I join if I already have a primary care doctor?
A: Yes. Some patients keep an insurance-based primary care physician, while others choose Dr. Iannitelli as their primary physician. Many enjoy the enhanced access and preventive focus that concierge medicine provides.
Q: What if I travel frequently or live part-time elsewhere?
A: Concierge medicine is designed to be flexible. You’ll have remote access for guidance, and Dr. Iannitelli can help coordinate care if you’re away.
Q: What if I need hospitalization?
A: While Dr. Iannitelli does not admit patients to hospitals, she will work closely with your hospital team and specialists to ensure continuity of care.

Q: How do I become a member?
A: Simply contact our office to learn about availability. Because space is very limited, memberships are offered on a first-come basis.
Q: Can couples or families join?
A: Yes! We would love to take care of all adult members of your family. Memberships are based on individuals but we encourage couples to both join so that they can mutually benefit from therapies and personalized care under one practice. Dr. Iannitelli believes children under 18 are best served by a pediatrician.
Q: What happens if the practice is full?
A: You will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as openings arise.
